Grower Estimates

With the congestion of fruit in the market prices have been slow coming back from our agents. As such it has been difficult to provide meaningful estimates on sales. We are working hard to remedy this situation and will back on top of this situation in the very near future. If you have any questions please call Andrew in the office. Thank you for your patience on this matter.

Lychee Season

NFC would like to send a big thank you to all growers who supplied Lychees this season. The season ran very smoothly with most growers benefiting from the location of our new premises at Glasshouse. Due to the wet weather a fungal growth seen on all Sunshine Coast Lychees grown this summer unfortunately suppressed market prices and returns. This was compounded by an extended NQ season which produced very good quality fruit. Despite the problems caused by the wettest summer we have seen in a very long time total volume through NFC was double the figure seen in 2007. Good luck for the upcoming season and look forward to seeing you all next year. Dan Cork 0439 713 699
